In most organisations there are always those unsung heroes that work tirelessly behind the scenes and Terrigal Mens Shed is no exception. I am sure all the Sheddies would support me in expressing thanks to our unsung heroes who organise morning tea, for most of us it just happens without a thought to how it all comes together.
Little do most of us know of the logistical organisation required to ensure our supply of cake is collected from Wamberal bakery, that precious cargo is guarded with military vigilance overnight until being delivered ready for presentation at morning tea the following day. The chairs are arranged, the coffee and tea is brewed with precise timing so that it reaches perfection spot on 10am when the tea alarm is sounded.
